Welcome to Digital Vulcan, LLC. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the digital marketing and growth services we provide.

1. Provision of Services

Digital Vulcan, LLC provides services as described in approved proposals, statements of work, or related agreements between both parties. Service scope may include search marketing, paid campaigns, social strategy, content support, analytics, and related deliverables. We may adjust execution tactics as needed to improve performance outcomes.

2. Timelines and Deliverables

While Digital Vulcan, LLC works to meet projected timelines, delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including delayed approvals, access limitations, platform changes, or client-side dependencies.

3. Payment Terms and Ad Spend

Clients agree to pay service fees according to the billing terms in their agreement. Where applicable, media or platform spend remains the client’s responsibility unless otherwise documented in writing. Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension of active services by Digital Vulcan, LLC.

4. Intellectual Property

Digital Vulcan, LLC retains ownership of proprietary processes, internal frameworks, and pre-existing intellectual property. Upon full payment, clients retain rights to final deliverables explicitly stated as client-owned within their service agreement.

5. Service Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the governing agreement. Upon termination, Digital Vulcan, LLC will provide reasonable transition support for active assets and access covered under the service scope.
